Delicious Culinary Adventures

The food at Dreams Tulum exceeded my expectations! I particularly loved the dining experience at Portofino, where the food was fantastic and the service felt special. Dining at the French restaurant, Bordeaux, was another highlight, especially the duck dish, which was delicious. Overall, each meal felt like a treat.

Heavenly Spa Experience

The spa at Dreams Tulum was absolutely heavenly! I treated myself to the 'Mind, Body & Soul' package, and Nancy provided one of the best massages I've ever had. The relaxing atmosphere and attentive service made it a perfect escape after a day by the beach.

Really good Kids Club

The Explorer's Club was a fantastic feature for families! My little one had a blast playing in the water play area while being well-supervised by the amazing staff. It really gave us a chance to relax knowing he was safe and having fun with other kids.

Stunning Room with a View

We opted for a Preferred Hacienda Suite, which had stunning views of both the ocean and the tranquil cenote. The spacious layout made it very comfortable for our family, and the daily stocking of the minibar was a nice touch. The size and cleanliness of the room made our stay feel luxurious.

My family stayed at this resort for a wedding, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel is beautifully designed and the facilities are top-notch. The cleanliness of the property was noticeable, and the staff made our stay delightful with their warm service. However, we encountered some hiccups at check-in regarding our room booking and the dress code at the Italian restaurant was confusing. Despite these issues, the entertainment and amenities made for a lovely getaway.
